Director Srinivasa Koushik needs to update his knowledge on stories selected for the movies and its making. This movie is a waste of effort as it is done without any imagination.
First half lacks punch, the second half is focused more on one character (Shankar) who does not do justice to the role, songs crop up suddenly which is not required. The director has grip over the story only in the climax with some sensible sequences that end on a happy note.
The story is focused on three characters - Viji (Prajwal Devaraj), his lover Priya (Pranitha) and Kavya (Hardika Shetty) who is in love with him. Viji's father (Avinash), an aspiring politician, promises his friend Rajashekhar (Jai Jagadish) that he would get his son married to Kavya, but celebrates the marriage with Priya. He cites horoscope as the reason for this. The horoscope of Viji and Priya does not match. But why does he send his men to kill Priya? What does Kavya do? There is some drama in the climax.
While Prajwal has done a neat job of his role, Pranitha impresses you. Hardika Shetty's lively performance is the highlight of the movie. While B L Babu's camera work is good, there is nothing great in Arjun Janya's music.
