An orphan Tyru is rechristened Ganapa by an underworld don and is inducted into his team after the former saves the latter's life. In between, a lost phone and a few conversations sets our hero's heart aflutter. Will it be a happily ever after story?

Prabhu Srinivas has given Sandalwood a fast-paced film, which is full of action and blood-shed, justifying the A certificate. The film is less than two hours long, which is remarkable, given the length of most films these days. The film doesn't doesn't drag much either. The technical team has made a good film, which has the audience sitting on the edge of their seats. The film, in its soul, also has a beautiful romance, which is a lot like the stories seen in Mahesh and Mukhesh Bhatt films. Only the approach is a lot more like what a Prem or Suri would take to the script, which is no wonder that many scenes have a deja vu feeling for Sandalwood fans.

Set in the heart of Bengaluru in City Market, the film follows the fight between two gang lords. Landing right in between their rivalry is an orphan Tyru. He loves nothing more than his food and films. And there are a few cleverly written dialogues that highlight these, which also evoke laughter from the audience. Tyru is re-christened as Ganapa by the gang lord Jayanna, whose life he saves, and he becomes an intrinsic part of his team. In between the mess, he chances upon a missing mobile, which leads him towards the heroine. They talk and the conversations brew romance. But what happens when Jayanna's lascivious son too lusts for the same girl?

The film has good performances. Santhosh, especially, has grown as a performer. Priyanka seems a tad too chirpy in her role. And maybe it is time for filmmakers to get rid of that must-have heroine's best friend prototype and be more realistic. Petrol Prasanna is good, though his role is similar to his previous films. The rest of the ensemble cast perform alright. While Prabhu Srinivas's direction is taut, the film does make stalking women and fight with weapons 'cool'. This one is worth a one-time watch, for its brisk storytelling. Though, watch it only if you're game for that extra dose of action.

Good movie.....
According to CTA, China's internal assessment that it cannot rule Tibet forever without the legitimizing influence of Dalai Lama over the Tibetan people is also behind the move.
