I believe it is a habit which we have unknowingly developed and not the weakness of mind. Like any other challenge we can overcome this with PRACTICE ( thumb rule given by Lord Krishna to Arjun to rule your mind ). Though it seems theoretical but trust me it works 100% . Start adopting small changes in your habit.. For instance even while cutting a lemon... Concentrate there and IGNORE (** don't fight restraining them) any thoughts which come to your mind other than to your aim to be achieved. .. These small changes will accumulate to reform your control over mind over a period of Time !
