Story: Mukunda, a pragmatic atheist, owns an antique store. He is married to the extremely god-fearing Sukanya. He loses his shop in an earthquake and the insurance company refuses to give him any compensation saying its an act of god. Now, Mukunda files a case againsy God and godmen. What happens next?

Review: This film is the remake of the Hindi film. OMG! Oh My God. But unlike the original, director Nanda Kishora has two stars as the heroes and he has delivered a film that works well for both the set of fans. When one walks out of the cinema hall, one is convinced that there couldn't have been better casting for the film. Both Sudeep and Upendra are apt for their roles. Sudeep with his subtlety and baritone makes for a convincing friendly god, while Upendra is his vintage self as the man who questions god.

In fact, scenes featuring the lead actors are a treat and they show a unique chemistry that makes you wish they team up for more films. The other highlights are Upendra's scenes in the court, where he delivers some very effective arguments effortlessly that has the audience automatically rooting for him.

The film is rich in its making, but for some shoddy VFX, and has a good cast apart from the leads. Nikitha Thukral plays her part as the god-fearing wife well. Avinash and P Ravi Shankar arr extremely convincing as the conniving godmen. Tabla Nani deserves a special mention for his act. Rachita Ram and Bhavana look gorgerous in their cameos. And there's Sathish Ninasam too in a fleeting guest appearance that makes you laugh.

This film fits that festive entertainer tag well and makes for a good family outing for the long weekend. Director Nanda continues his Midas touch run.

Even though it is a remake it became super hit only bcoz of upendras acting and dialogs. 100% involvement. Sudeep is an added boost to it. Good movie

Not even 1/4th of paresh''s acting is performed... boring movie... they just don''t stick on to the main concept... whereever possible try to make Hero - next thing to GOD.
