Komal is at his best with excellent dialogue delivery. Asma has done a neat job of her role. B C Patil, Rajendra Karanth, Sudarshan, Sowcar Janaki, Padmaja Rao and Kuri Prathap are a treat to watch.
The entire story revolves around Devadasa (R N Sudarshan), head of a family, who slips into coma. He has a son Kalidasa (Rajendra Karanth), daughter-in-law (Padmaja Rao) and grandson Ramu alias Ramadasa (Komal). Suddenly, there's a storm in the family when Gayathri Devi (Sowcar Janaki) and her granddaughter Nandini (Asma) join them. The twist is that Gayathri Devi is the second wife of Devadasa. While the entire family is shocked over the uninvited guests, Ramu is happy working hard to please Nandini to win her heart.
