Synopsis: What could have been constructed as a thrilling whodunit suspense drama, the director ends up making it a bland watch with nothing great to look forward to, at least for most part.

Movie Review: It's not every day that a Telugu film explores bromance to the extent we see in Right Right. Seshu (Prabhakar) and Ravi (Sumanth Ashwin) are the driver and conductor of an RTC bus plying to and from Gaviti, a remote village where the means of communication for the people is limited to either parcels that the bus brings, letters from the post office or a landline phone at the local dam office. Over time, as they travel together, these two men bond and get to know each other and even care for each other. And as we discover their world, we are introduced to the people of Gaviti with their own little lives and the travails they go through.

And taking that ride along with us is some visually riveting camerawork, spellbinding locales of Araku and Kerala, and of course the pleasant music scored by JB. If you thought half the battle has been won there, wait till we tell you that the rest is a lost cause as the rest all's not right with Right Right.

Director Manu may have been successful with his selection of the technical team, the locations and the cast but he fails to infuse interest in the viewer for most part of the film. For starters, at times, the film's comedy seems forced giving you no laughs at all.

Sumanth Ashwin plays the boy-next-door with ease as does Pooja Jhaveri but their chemistry doesn't quite work at all. The film proves to be a great opportunity for Prabhakar who gets a lengthy role and a chance to show his prowess which he uses to his maximum benefit. Even Pavani Gangireddy gets a significant character which she carried off well. But all the actors are lost in a plot which is superficial.

At the outset, the story seems interesting but 20 minutes into the film you know it's not working at all and wish things gather pace and move on. Sadly, your wish is fulfilled only in the second half by when you've given up and are watching only because you've signed up for it. To be fair, the latter portions of the film do pick up pace but by then the damage is already done with a weak conflict and a wafer-thin storytelling style.

We'd suggest watching Right Right only if you've taken a wrong turn and have no better way to go!
