It looks like director R Anantharaju needs to do a refresh course in direction. With a poor show in Ziddi, he fails to impress you either with a good script or with a lively narration. A waste of time and money.

The movie has no logic or magic. Most of the sequences are silly and unimaginative that seem to have been done without any script or preparation. The story begins on a romantic note and ends with an action note. In between, it is the director's ignorance of the story that makes the movie least impressive.

Thanks to Prajwal Devaraj, Aindrita Ray and Aishwarya Nag for their good performance which come as a relief in the poorly made movie. There is romance with Sahana (Aindrita) falling in love with her classmate Krishna (Prajwal Devaraj), a percussionist who plays mridangam from Theerthahalli. The hero suffers from a mental abnormality that turns him violent at times. The reason is that he had seen his younger brother dying in an accident. This makes him to reject Sridevi (Aishwarya Nag), his family friend in the village. The story is set for romance with Sahana. But we have a villain called Sudhi (Tilak) who is adamant on marrying Sahana. Krishna faces several problems from Sudhi and aides. Suddenly, the percussionist turns a fighter and takes on Sudhi and his gang. The second half is full of action with a tame end.

While Prajwal has shown maturity in acting with excellent expressions, Aindrita impresses you with her dialogue delivery. Aishwarya Nag is lovely as the girl next door. Tilak has done a good job as a villain. Music by Giridhar Divan has some melodious tunes.
