Kunal Kapoor, who was last seen Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi, is currently hitting headlines with his dramatic jaw-dropping body transformation that he has gone through while prepping for his character in Veeram.
Body transformation journey
The 39-year-old actor, recently, took to Twitter to share a collage of chronicle events of his body transformation and how he gained his lean and muscular body. He wrote, "6 months, 23 days, 12 hours and 232 protein shakes later! #transform."
Intense workout with fucntional training
Kunal Kapoor, who has always been into fitness said that he had to gain about 11-12 kgs of muscles to look for his part in the film. To get the look of the warrior, he mixed up a lot of gym work with functional training and also did Kalaripayattu for almost 4-5 months.
Getting into the skin of the character
Kunal Kapoor sports two looks in Veeram in which for one he had to gain 12 kgs and for another he had to sweat to gain this hot muscular bod.
Sword fight training plus martial arts
Kunal Kapoor also trained himself in sword fighting techniques with a flexible sword called Urmi for the climax fight.
