Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan are kind of very good friends with each other. Considering their good rapport, Sanju Baba decided to avert the clash with Secret Superstar which was going to lock horns with his upcoming comeback film Bhoomi on August 4, 2017.

The bond of friendship

Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan bonded well on the sets of PK and their friendship bloomed with time. In Rajkumar Hirani's PK, Dutt played the role of Aamir's friend who helps him find his missing spaceship remote to send him back to his planet.

During the release of the film, Sanju Baba was out on furlough (a temporary leave while he was serving his jail term for being convicted for illegal possession of weapons in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case) and Aamir kept a special screening for him back then.

Bhoomi Vs Secret Superstar clash averted

In the past, we have many big Bollywood budget films suffering because of the box office clash. Dutt, who is known for doing good for his friends, decided to release Bhoomi on another date. "Friendship important, BO war," Sanju Baba said adding that a new release date of his film will be announced soon.

A few days ago, Dutt suffered a hairline fracture in his ribcage while shooting for an action sequence on the sets of Bhoomi and doctors have adviced him to take complete rest.

Directed by Omung Kumar, Bhoomi, which also stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Shekhar Suman in lead roles, is a revenge drama which revolves around a father-daughter relationship.
