Kriti Sanon, who will be next seen in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's rom-com Bareilly Ki Barfi, had a great learning experience with theatre actors like Seema Pahwa and Pankaj Tripathi who are playing her parents in the film.
Kriti, who made her debut with Sajid Nadiadwala's Heropanti, used to observe the two actors as to how they were approaching their characters during the shoot and would also have long conversations with them to understand their processes and thoroughly enjoyed the shooting process.
"Shooting for Bareilly ki Barfi was an amazing learning experience for me. Both Pankaj sir and Seema ma’am, who play my parents in the film are phenomenal actors to say the least. Its amazing how their improvisations and impromptu reactions uplift the performance of all other actors. I had a blast shooting scenes with them," Kriti said.
Kriti wrapped up Bareilly Ki Barfi's shoot in Lucknow last month and is now gearing up for its trailer release.
Bareilly Ki Barfi revolves around three young characters Ayushmann Khurrana, who is a printing press owner, where as Rajkummar Rao is works under him. Kriti Sanon, on the other hand, is playing the lead role of a young contemporary girl in UP. The movie is scheduled to release on July 21, 2017.
